OBJECTIVES
To acquire a challenging, full-time position as a graphic artist. Ideal position will allow me both to apply my artistic talents and graphic design experience to creative challenges and to enrich my skills by working in a creative media environment.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Creating visually exciting digital artwork and developing designs for web and printed media, such as books, magazines, brochures, promotional and advertisement materials (posters, flyers, etc.), organizational materials (presentations, proposals, reports, newsletters), and corporate identity (logos, business cards, stationary, etc.).
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient on both Mac and PC platforms with Illustrator, Photoshop, ImageReady, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Freehand, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, scanning applications, and word processing applications.

- Create custom book designs.
- Produce artwork for more than 100 textbooks annually.
- Develop high-quality artwork from concept to final product.
- Work with clients to create clear, accurate, and visually dynamic artwork ranging from simple line drawings (graphs, diagrams, tables, flowcharts, maps) to complex illustrations (technical, medical, geological, scientific, etc.).

- Developed layout and composition of 16-page newspaper, created artwork and ads, prepared photos. Responsible for proofreading and including last minutes changes and news updates.
